I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Central Connecticut State University. I believe that counseling should empower you to write (or rewrite) your life story.

I previously provided mental health treatment to a wide variety of individuals at a Hartford-based primary care clinic. I have experience with grief work, LGBTQIA+ issues, and career transitions. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness, among others.

In my free time I enjoy art, music, movies, powerlifting, and spending time with my nephew and nieces.
